^{Unless I cancel the commission, I do not do refunds. Please take this into proper consideration before commissioning me.}I withhold the right to cancel, or decline, any commission.
^{In the case I do cancel a commission, you will of course be either fully, or partially refunded, depending on the progress made. Unless I decide to explain why, I will not justify my reasonings.}When requesting a commission, be as clear, and descriptive, as you can.
^{Send me descriptions, reference images, and potentially be prepared to answer questions I may have. This is especially important when it comes to custom commissions. The more in depth you go, the better I can do in creating your vision.I am not responsible for any mistakes which aren't pointed out to me or that weren't my own doing.}Be patient with me.
^{I am a full-time university student outside of my online work. Thus, I have other deadlines and commitments as well, depending on the time of year. I would appreciate patience, and the acknowledgement that pieces may take me up to a few months to complete, if not longer depending on what was commissioned. Naturally, I will make sure to update you as I progress through your commission and give you updates accordingly, but please do not rush me.
If you need something done by a specific date, I can take rush orders, for additional payment, but it MUST be discussed first, and I MUST have a minimum of 2 weeks to complete your work.}Respect my boundaries when it comes to art.

Things such as NSFW, gore, any form of hate-art, fetish-related, or illegal topics to name a few. You can ask, however it does NOT mean it makes something I am not comfortable with negotiable. No means no.}About Customs/Adopts:
^{You may NOT resell customs/adopts for more than you bought them for, UNLESS they come with additional commissioned/paid artwork.
You may get redesigns, alter small parts of them, co-own (if you're purchasing from me directly to co-own a design, please just let me know!), and put them into alternate universes / give them alternative designs (such as a human form for a pony oc, ect)
You may use the character for anything you'd like so long as it is not commercial.

You may not repost my art, but you may use it for banners/profile pictures, all I ask is for some form of credit. Uploads to ToyHouse are fine, again, so long as credit is given.
